You may apply for a payment if you meet all these requirements:
- you are a former AT&T customer
- you had an unlimited data plan between October 1, 2011 and June 30, 2015
- you experienced data throttling
- you didn’t already get a payment from AT&T in this matter.
Current AT&T customers aren’t eligible because they received a bill credit from AT&T. In addition, former customers who got a check from AT&T aren’t eligible.
You must submit your claim by May 18, 2023.
